Evaluation Process

Step 1: Contact us by registering for an evaluation using the above form.

Step 2: We will contact you to arrange attendance at 1-2 evaluation sessions.

Step 3: Following evaluation by OFC coaching staff, the player will receive one of the following…

A. Thank you for attending an evaluation, however we feel that this player is not suitable or ready to play on the OFC team that they were evaluated for at this time. Younger players may be invited to join our Academy Program for further skills development.

B. Thank you for attending an evaluation. We feel that this player has potential to join the OFC team that they were evaluated for and we would like to offer a “Training Player” spot on the team. Training Players will not be added to the roster yet, but will be invited to train with the team for an extended period of time either once, twice or three times per week (depending on the team and the player’s availability). Training Players should remain with their current team/club and use OFC as a ‘supplementary training program’, prioritizing playing and training commitments with their club. Following this extended period, the player will be re-evaluated by OFC coaching staff.

C. Thank you for attending an evaluation…we would like to offer this player a full time spot on our roster
