Brandon McCallum

Brandon graduated from UBC Okanagan in 2016 with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree after playing on the Heat varsity soccer team since 2012. With a lifelong passion for athletics and the body, Brandon channelled this into becoming a Personal Trainer in 2014 at the University Gym before moving onto Steve Nash Fitness World. With the knowledge through the Health Promotion stream of his degree, Brandon acquired a deeper understanding of exercise psychology, motivational techniques, sport performance, nutrition & the functions of the body. 

Upon graduating from UBC Okanagan, Brandon became a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Kinesiologist to bridge the gap between the disciplines, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to his training expertise.

Brandon has recently moved onto the coaching staff of Okanagan F.C. who are building momentum as a soccer powerhouse in British Columbia. Not only as the head Strength & Conditioning at OFC, but Brandon is a player on the Men’s First Team, getting back into action this spring. 

Brandon’s health and fitness business, HDC Performance was founded in 2017 took off with many athletes in different disciplines and a continuously diverse group of lifestyle clients who have reached amazing heights. Next Level Performance is the home of HDC.

Away from training, Brandon enjoys being outdoors, experiencing the Okanagan as much as possible, listening to music, cooking plant-based meals, exploring the outdoors and spending time with close friends.
