Home Ground…The Apple Bowl

Kelowna’s iconic stadium, The Apple Bowl is our Senior Team’s home ground.

We are proud to welcome teams from across The Province to join us for The Apple Bowl matchday experience with a unique local soccer atmosphere. The beautiful grass pitch is kept in pristine condition by The City of Kelowna and provides players with the opportunity to produce quality soccer.

Overview

In 2023, Okanagan FC Premier Men will be competing in the PCSL Premier and will have a club representative team in the KMSL Div 1. The season will run from May-July, with pre-season beginning in March and the final event being the PCSL playoffs which we will be hosting in the Apple Bowl on the last weekend of July.
Our objective this year will be to field a competitive team on all fronts that can compete for silverware. The team will be comprised of local players that are committed to the full program. Occasional absences will be ok given an acceptable reason, but with serious competitive league play as our objective, we will only be accepting players in 2023 who are fully committed to the training and team building process. The foundations of our success this year will center around organization, fitness and team spirit which will require buy-in from the entire group.

League Play (PCSL)
The PCSL Premier Division has 10 teams this season and is stronger than ever. Kickoff will be at the Apple Bowl in May, and ending on the 31st July with the playoffs at the Apple Bowl. There will be an expected 3 away trips, for which the club will cover expenses.

KMSL Div 1
We will be running our KMSL team in a similar style to last season. This competition provides a good platform for many of our younger players to get significant minutes, while the group will be filled out with senior players. We are hopeful that many of the senior players take this opportunity to be part of this team and to assume a mentorship role for many of our upcoming younger squad players.

Men’s Training Schedule will be twice a week from April onwards, on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at the Mission Turf Field.

Our Men’s Reserve Team are the current Kelowna Men’s Soccer League Champions and 2022 KMSL Playoff winners
